It had one young cowbird one, cowbird egg, a:1d two w:rbler eggs on July 2nd. t!

A pair cf Yellow Warblers built a nest right under a House Wren's nest, and wore chased out by the wrens.3 days later (Mrs. Wilson).

It was found near Pine River, Casa County, and was situated 45 feet £rom tbe growd in a jack pine. It was completed but empty.
1934Summer Of the many reported nests of this common species, the first ones occupied were found May 25th by Hiemcnz and Hanson near St. Cloud. Of the five nests seen by them that day 3 were not quite completed and t,ro held 2 and 4 eggs respectively. 1940SummerThis is perhaps the most common of all the nesting warblers in Minnesota. Many nests were reported. Rysgaard, Laakso, Hero, the T. S. Roberts Club and H. Engstrom were the main contributors. The author had an interesting experience with a nest built in a raspberry patch, which was cut down by mistake. By carefully propping up the nest with some of the cut shrubs and replacing the 2 young in the nest the parents were able to feed and care for them 4 days longer-the time necessary for the youn~ to leave the nest on their own accord. These birds were banded.
